Important Information Regarding COVID-19:

We will be reopening on a limited schedule as of June 1st. We want to assure that we have always taken your well-being seriously. We have worked to implement new guidelines to help keep everyone safe when we return:

  1. Screening: You will be required to answer a series of questions prior to your appointment, either over the phone, through digital paperwork, or you may print and fill it out at home and bring it with you to your appointment. Please take the time and answer honestly to protect everyone.
  2. New patient flow: When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and call the office to let us know you have arrived. We will let you know when we are ready for you.
  3. Temperature checks: We will be taking your temperature with a contact-less thermometer when you arrive for your appointment. In addition, we will be checking the temperatures of staff each morning. Anyone with a temperature of over 100.4 will be sent home.
  4. "Cashless" payments: For the time being, please prepare to pay with a credit or debit card. You also have the option to pay over the phone to reduce face-to-face time.
  5. New PPE: In addition to the gloves, eye protection and masks we wore before, we will now also be wearing N95 respirators, face shields, and disposable gowns.
  6. Common Areas: Use of common areas, including the waiting room, will be minimized. Even so, we will be frequently disinfecting all common areas, including door knobs and surfaces at the front desk. Professional cleaners will clean the entire office after each day the office is open.
  7. Separate entrance and exit doors: To promote social distancing and reduce traffic, we will be using one door for entry into the office and another door to exit the office.
  8. Flexible cancellation policy: We will waive cancellation fees during the first phase of reopening, but please be courteous.

We ask that you please:

We ask that you please:

  1. Wear a face covering over your mouth and nose when entering the office, until you are seated in the treatment room.
  2. Wash your hands when you enter the treatment room.
  3. Refrain from touching your face, eyes, nose, mouth, including sticking a finger in your mouth to show us something (you'd be surprised how frequently people do this - even at the front desk!)
  4. Reschedule if you or someone in your household is feeling unwell or has been sick.
  5. Be on time for your appointment, and please do not show up at the office without an appointment. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time.
  6. Come alone to your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot allow anyone to accompany you unless absolutely necessary (ie, one parent must bring a child to their appointment). Your spouse, parent, children must stay in the car or at home.

As always, we will continue to follow all infection control guidelines, including:

  • Disinfecting all surfaces in the treatment room after each patient
  • Autoclave sterilization of instruments, with weekly monitoring with spore-testing
